I will not work with extensions that have a foul smell.  Please come with the extensions DRY and TANGLE FREE. If I have to dry your extensions before installing them you will be charged +15.00. 

Cut wefts/tracks is an extra $25 service charge (big or small pieces, no exceptions).
More than 3 bundles +$15.00.(IF I cut your wefts this does not apply to you.)

NO EXTRA GUEST while being serviced. No loitering is allowed. Be sure your ride is on time for both drop off and pickup.NO CHILDREN. NO Exceptions. EXTRA GUEST PLEASE REMAIN IN LOBBY.

After 10 mins past scheduled appointment time a $25 late fee MUST be applied. 15 mins past $50 late fee must be applied OR appointment may be cancelled.

Late notice cancellation results in $50 rebooking fee (24 hrs in advance).
