My shipping label is stuck in pre-shipment
Right after your order is placed , your tracking shipping is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing ; Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan.
My address is wrong on my order! Help!
If you placed the wrong address on your order; email us within 24 hours to be helped, you will charged a fee for address changes; a invoice will be sent to your email// once paid you will send over the correct address and we will update it!
