NO! Due to the nature of the products there are no returns. If there is ever any issue with your order, Please contact us via email.

 

 

 

My shipping label is stuck in pre-shipment

Right after your order is placed , your tracking shipping is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing ; Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan.

 

 

 

My address is wrong on my order! Help!

 If you placed the wrong address on your order; email us within 24 hours to be helped, you will charged a fee for address changes; a invoice will be sent to your email// once paid you will send over the correct address and we will update it!

 All customer service responses will be responded to within 2-3 business days.
